How to lose belly fat

Nowadays, Belly fat is problem of almost majority of population of World. almost every person is suffering from this issue.
                         

                           

 Before getting on the point, let us discuss about what is belly fat and how it is stored

         The fat that is stored around your tummy area is called as belly fat. it is stored because of eating high caloric food (junk food) or eating food which are high in simple carbohydrates and saturated fats. foods such as white rice, white flour, white bread, cold drinks, soft drinks, fried rice etc. these all foods are high in simple carbohydrates and unhealthy fats which leads to increase your blood sugar level and increase your insulin level which will give you health problems in future. if you regularly eat or drink these kind of unhealthy food which are in high in calories, your starts converting that extra calories into belly fat. 





            But don't worry, putting some efforts in it will help you get rid of belly fat.

That belly fat can be removed if you focus on your food that you take and just 1 one hour exercise daily. that will be enough to give you results.                

        Now, what's the solution!

         1.Limit all those unhealthy food that we discussed above (junk food and packed food)     
        2.You can replace white rice with brown rice, white flour with whole wheat flour, white bread with brown bread and packed juice with fresh fruit juice.                                       
        3.Food to add in your daily diet 

                         Plain oats - add in your breakfast                                                                                                                                                      Salad        - add in lunch and dinner (Vegetables should be raw or steamed)                                                                            Dry fruits  - add in snacks                                                                                                                                                                        Green tea - add in morning or evening                                                                                      

         4.Add morning or evening workout in daily schedule (weight traing and cardio)     
 

        5.At the end, you need 7-8 hours good quality sleep.
